I believe in an eye for an eye. (I don't mean that literally). Life in jail means Life. Unlike the Labour Party (the new coalition is not much better) where you can serve just half your sentance if your good. Please can anyone define 'good behaviour' in a Murderer or a Rapist.

What about the victim. If a Pedophile or a Rapist are convicted then the offender has no Human Rights. The Victim has the Human Rights which must be protected by LAW.

The Police should have more Officers on the beat. It is not their fault they drive around in cars. They need to be in Town, Cities and Village centres. They need to be seen on a regular basis and build relationships with the public. You can't do that in a car or filling in forms at the station.
